Refunds & Returns

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse unless instructed by our support team.


Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
